Position Summary:

Mandatory skills:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in telecommunication domain.
  • Strong knowledge in VoIP and SIP protocol, IP-Routing, LAN’s /WAN’s, Virtual LAN’s.
  • Good knowledge of TDM Network Signaling standards and concepts , SS7, ISDN, Supplementary Services.
  • Excellent problem analysis skills.
  • Excellent technical report writing.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and tools.
  • Proficient in use of IP tracing & support tools

Desired skills:

  • Working knowledge of Ribbon’s IPX products/Solution ( MGCF, MGW)
  • Good knowledge in Solaris and Linux  OS
  • Entry knowledge Virtual environments  (NFV, VNF)

Experience and Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deployment and integration of solution elements to achieve Customer Acceptance
  • Implementation of “next release” software upgrades and new Product/Feature content.
  • Compilation of Test strategies, Test Plans and Test Case/Instructions.
  • Execution of Test Case / Test Instruction.
  • Effective collaboration with global internal design and support teams.
  • Effective and concise Technical Report writing for both internal and external organizations.
  • Effective and analytical problem solving and issue management capabilities.
  • Ability to travel to service regional customer base.
