Position Summary:

 We are looking for technically strong candidates to develop high-performance applications for Networking Protocols as part of Ribbon ECI portfolio providing insights for network performance.

As part of the development team, you will be enhancing the Ribbon ECI NPT Development networking

Experience and Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Chassis Management domain
  • Solid experience in C programming using Linux. C++ Experience is an added advantage. Should have worked in Chassis Management Module in multi-Threaded/process environment.
  • Should have good understanding of HA, inter card communication, Software upgrade and download process etc.
  • Shell scripting or Python scripting is an added advantage
  • Develop modules for High Availability, Fan and Power Control, Inter Card communication mechanism.
  • Reverse engineer the Chassis Management Application module
  • Develop new Card, Slot, Port, Transceivers required for chassis Management Application.
  • Develop module for collections of necessary parameters from Line cards for chassis
  • Develop applications to read or program necessary devices like I2C Devices, L2 Switch, IDPROM etc
