Front Desk Coordinator
Ribbon is looking to hire a professional and organized Front
Desk Coordinator for our Plano, Texas office. Primary
responsibilities of this role span across reception, security, and
The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to multi-task
and prioritize and will possess excellent written and verbal
Reception and Security
Responsible for professional and efficient handling of visitors,
contractors, vendors, job applicants, telephone calls and messages.
Provide proper security via badge access to facility via
access/egress register for all visitors, contractors, and employee temporaries.
Maintain various Real Estate records such as Employee Health and
Safety records, Safety Data Sheets, etc.
Maintain and update seating assignments for office using Excel spreadsheet
Maintain, update site welcome package PowerPoint presentation.
Manage office supply budget and maintain inventory.
Process outgoing domestic and international shipping.
Coordinate duties for day porter as required (managing readiness
of offices and cubes for occupancy).
Manage conference room scheduling and catering as required.
Assist with any projects as requested by co-workers.
Scheduling of conference rooms
Ensure all contractors, suppliers and vendors meet requirements
to work on site (contractor orientation, licensing and
certifications and training matrix as required).
Scan and upload contractor orientation test/certificates,
contractor licenses, etc. to SharePoint and maintain tracking lists.
Maintain inventory all First Aid Kits to OSHA requirements
